3. Fix the main profiles
Fix the main profiles L 60/40/1.8 mm each with two self-tapping screws 4.8 x 20 mm. The second spacer from the top of a main profile is used as a fixed bearing. The self-tapping screws are put in the two round holes. All other spacers are slide bearings.
Height adjustment by shifting the main profile in the spacer is possible to a maximum of 15 mm.
5. Push/butted installation of the tiles
The tiles must be installed butted against each other and every row aligned horizontally and vertically.
Only handle tiles with clean hands!
8. Final fix of the cross profiles
Fix the cross profile with two self-tapping screws 4.8 x 20 mm per main profile.
Place the first self-tapping screw near the corner of the man profile.
9. Installation of the upper perimeter profile
Install the upper perimeter profile. Approximately 40 mm is required to the ceiling. The first tile is pushed approximately 10 cm to the middle, the screws inserted and the tile finally aligned in the grid.
12. End installation
Fix the last tile using screws, if it is not possible to insert the tile from the side.
Paint screw heads with tile paint using a fine brush.
