The aim of data protection law is to ensure the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms and in particular the protection of the privacy of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
What data does the responsible person collect from you?
- An evaluation of the complete IP address takes place exclusively within the framework of data protection law in order to document consents to data protection or entries in e.g. a newsletter. The documentation is done by Anfema (www.anfe.ma Responsible agency regarding APP development with headquarters in Munich / Augsburg)
- IP addresses are always shortened during the tracking of the user behaviour before storage in such a way that personal references are excluded.
- The personal data entered by the user are stored when a sample order is placed in order to contact the user and to process and process his order.
- The app user has the possibility to be excluded from tracking at any time (opt-out link).
Data collected by Google Firebase:
Firebase Analytics is an SDK (Software Development Kit), which can be integrated into apps, thereby capturing user behavior and visualizing it via Firebase dashboard. In addition, it offers a link to the well-known Google Analytics.
Firebase collects this data automatically:

Knauf AMF collects further data by means of double opt-in consent via e-mail by confirming the e-mail address of the purchaser.
- Time Double Opt-In
- Full IP address
Existing users at Knauf AMF are supplemented with newly acquired information - instead of the double opt-in consent, the user receives the information that his data has been updated.
How do we collect data?
Users can use the app without creating a user account. If the app is used without registration, no personal or user-related data is collected.
If the user wishes to save projects created in the app, registration is necessary. By creating a user profile, the user agrees to the collection of user-related data. It is necessary to create a user profile in order to be able to save created projects. When you register, you will be asked to enter your full name and e-mail address.
Data that you enter on the site is transmitted to the responsible person via a secure connection.
During registration, the data (email address) is first transferred via HTTPS by means of a POST call to an internal server (Anfema = responsible agency for APP development based in Munich / Augsburg). The transmission is therefore TLS encrypted. The app authenticates itself to the server using Basic Authentication. Password and email address are stored in the app to allow login. The user can delete his account and reset his password at any time within ARoom.
